£38,000–£40,000 pro rata + performance bonus (FTE £50k OTE)
Are you an experienced bid writer with a talent for crafting compelling funding applications? Do you want to use your skills to make a meaningful difference in the charity and not-for-profit sector?
We’re recruiting on behalf of a well-established organisation that supports charities across the UK with their fundraising efforts. You’ll be part of a small, collaborative team, working remotely and flexibly, with the option to spread your hours across 3.5–4 full days or over 5 shorter days to suit your schedule.
What you’ll be doing:
* Preparing and submitting high-quality, tailored funding bids for a range of charitable clients
* Collaborating with clients to identify fundable projects and develop strategic funding approaches
* Managing multiple deadlines and ensuring compliance with funders’ requirements
* Maintaining regular communication with clients and internal team members
What we’re looking for:
* Proven experience writing successful funding bids in the charity or third sector
* Excellent written communication and project management skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
* Comfortable using Microsoft Office and working to deadlines
* Willing to travel occasionally for client meetings
What’s on offer:
* Salary: £38,000–£40,000 per annum (pro rata), depending on experience
* Bonus scheme: Performance-related bonus (Full-time equivalent OTE of £50k)
* Working hours: 26–30 hours per week with flexible options (3.5–4 full days or 5 shorter days)

Location: Fully remote – UK
This is a home-based role with occasional travel required (typically only 1–2 times per year).
