The Production Engineer role is working for a company in Andover. The role is Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5pm, with an early finish of 3:30pm on a Friday. The position is onsite and paying up to £45,000 depending on experience .
As a Production Engineer, you'll provide technical expertise to support both production and engineering teams, ensuring products meet customer specifications and company standards. You'll play a key role in introducing new products and processes, optimising manufacturing methods and driving continuous improvement across production lines. Responsibilities include process validation, troubleshooting, technical training and maintaining accurate engineering documentation. You'll also liaise with customers and suppliers to resolve technical issues, enhance quality and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
You will need:
Previous experience in a similar role
A supporting relevant qualification is desirable
Experience in PCBA or electronics manufacturing is advantageous
Experience liaising with clients regarding technical support
Excellent communication, organisational and problem solving skills
