What Your Days Will Look Like
* Advising practice teams on independence requirements - helping them navigate regulations and structure services effectively.
* Managing key independence processes ensuring seamless operational efficiency
* Coaching junior team members - enhancing their knowledge, problem-solving abilities and soft skills
* Working with and reporting to senior stakeholders across the firm and network
* Supporting audit tenders and major transitions, advising on independence considerations during client rotations.
* Collaborating with engagement teams across the firm, guiding them on non-audit services and technology tool permissibility

* Knowledge of independence or conflict rules is beneficial; training provided.

* Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
* Strategic thinker capable of handling complex concepts with strong project management skills and proficiency in driving projects to completion.
* Proven leadership and team management skills.
* Adaptable and able to multi-task effectively and able to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
