We provide specialist support for children aged 8 to 18 years old with learning disabilities, challenging behaviour and emotional issues. Our children require 1:1 and, sometimes, 2:1 support. We are looking for caring individuals with a passion for anything – it could be DIY, sporting activities, arts and crafts or even music. Your passions have the potential to enhance our young people’s experience within Cambian Complex Care, this will in turn develop their skills in team building, leadership, communication, building confidence and supporting their goals for independent living You will provide support to children who may be struggling to settle into their routines, this would include checking on the child’s welfare throughout your shifts and providing any required support in line with their care plans. Duties may also involve, general household tasks and completing administration work.
