Job Description Room Leader (Level 3 Early Years) – Up to £31,000 As Room Leader, you’ll take responsibility for the day-to-day running of your room, guiding practitioners and ensuring children experience consistent, high-quality care and learning. You’ll spend most of your time in the room with the team, supporting practice, maintaining routines, and ensuring the environment reflects EYFS standards. Before You Apply This role requires recent experience as a Room Leader or Senior Practitioner. Applicants must be confident supporting colleagues and maintaining EYFS practice standards. This position is not suitable for candidates without a full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification.
