Overview

Store Manager in Tunbridge Wells • 40 hours per week

Day-to-day

* Delivering great service. Ensuring your team provide a great customer experience, delivering sales through service.
* Mucking in. Helping the team get the job done. Checking and unpacking deliveries, opening and closing the branch, stocking shelves, cleaning the branch and putting orders together.
* Inspiring. Encouraging a positive mindset, building a culture of feedback, praise and recognition.
* Asking questions and building relationships. Ensuring your team get the development they need, supporting future business growth and succession. Ensuring customers leave the branch with everything they need for the job.
* Leading. From the front, coaching, motivating and engaging your team to create a great place to work where engagement is key.
* Building a fun working environment. Maintaining product availability and branch standards, while making sure the branch is somewhere everyone loves coming to work.
