Job Title: Quality Process Manager Location: Kilkeel, Northern Ireland Salary: £35,000 (DOE) As a Quality Process Manager, you will be responsible for conducting all necessary quality checks throughout the processing and packing of products. Your role is essential to ensuring the consistent production of safe, legal, and high-quality products that fully comply with the HACCP food safety plan. Job Description & Purpose: Oversee all process control aspects of the designated production area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards, legal requirements, and industry best practices. Advise production teams on acceptable and rejectable product criteria, as well as general quality issues. Perform inspections on products and effectively communicate any deviations from established quality standards, following company SOPs, to the Quality/Production Managers. Assist in, conduct, or verify quality checks across all departments to ensure compliance with GMP and established procedures. Carry out temperature checks, product inspections, scale calibration, sample collection, and quality audits throughout the site. Accurately record and communicate findings as required. Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and in line with site quality procedures. Maintain product quality standards and ensure adherence to all quality systems. Assist the Quality Control Manager with product development innovation, HACCP principles, and design improvements.
