Main Responsibilities
* Reporting directly to the IT Director, you as the Transformation Change Manager will execute a change management framework across Tarmac’s Transformation and provide change and communications support to the Transformation Office, Transformation Function and the wider business.
* Developing and evolving the overall change management framework and approach for Tarmac’s Transformation Function and Tarmac.
* Leading the implementation of Tarmac’s change management framework across the Transformation program activity and Transformation Function.
* Working with transformation project teams, including 3rd party vendors, on change & communication activities for large-scale programs.
* Collaborating with small change projects and IT/Technology teams to identify change management needs and develop relevant plans.
* Ensuring a standardised approach to change management across all project teams within the Transformation Roadmap and the wider function.
* Providing change management expertise across the Transformation Function as required.
* Supporting the development and delivery of content for programme engagements.
* Working with the Tarmac Communications Team to develop content and support wider organisation communications.
