We currently have opportunities for Graduates to join our Business Graduate scheme on a permanent contract based in Bishops Cleeve, Cheltenham & Staverton, Gloucester.
Joining an Ontic Business graduate scheme will give you an opportunity to put your theoretical knowledge into practice whilst rotating throughout your chosen department learning and developing as you go. Completing this 2 year scheme will provide you with a solid foundation to support your career at Ontic where your role will have a direct impact on the success of the business and where you can start your journey to become a future leader.
You’ll take responsibility early on and be involved in fast moving business critical projects from the very start. You’ll be inquisitive, thriving on new experiences and challenges and constantly seeking out new learning opportunities.
Over the course of the scheme we'll provide you with the resources you need to help you grow personally and professionally. Formal coaching sessions, Mentors and on-the-job training and workshops, in addition to support for the completion of professional qualifications will help you achieve your full potential.
At the end of the programme you’ll move on to a permanent role where your drive and performance can accelerate your career.
In order to succeed as a Graduate with Ontic you'll need to have achieved or be predicted to achieve at least a 2:1 in a Business relevant Degree.
You’ll be curious, flexible, resilient, analytical, and most of all – you’ll be truly collaborative.
You won’t mind rolling your sleeves up to help make things better or removing barriers to get the job done.
