JOB SUMMARY - 7.5t Driver (London)
We’re looking for ambitious and reliable 7.5-ton multi-drop delivery driver to be the face of The Menu Partners in London. The ideal candidate must be someone looking to prove themselves in a fast-paced environment. They must not be afraid to dive into the daily challenges of working on the road and this is an ideal opportunity for someone who wants join a fast-growing business.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
* Have a passion for the food industry
* Has great customer service skills and an interest in meeting new people
* Has ambition to be a key part of a fast-growing team and business
* Needs to be well organised and have a keen eye for detail
* Required to be proactive and flexible in their day to day approach
* A strategic thinker with initiative
* Possesses excellent time-management skills
* A desire to be part of a fun, hardworking and growing team
* Needs be able to work early morning and/or nights if required
* Able to be flexible with working hours
* Able to assist/complete other departmental tasks when not driving
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Following routed deliveries & collections
* Being the company’s ‘eyes and ears’ when out on the road and relaying necessary information to the team
* Representing the company to the highest standard including presentation and communication
* Maintenance of your company van and daily checks
* Completing in the necessary daily paperwork
REQUIRED SKILLS:
* Excellent communication skills both internally and externally
* Have a full clean driving license
* License to drive a 7.5-ton vehicle
* Ability to think 'on your feet' attitude
