One of our most exciting clients (global Pharma) are looking for a Forklift Operator urgently to support their Supply Chain operations in Kent.
In this role, you'll be responsible for receiving, storing, distributing, and dispatching materials and products across the site, along with sampling and dispensing materials for manufacturing. You'll work to high standards of safety, quality, and compliance and play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the warehouse and wider supply chain.
Key Responsibilities:
* Receive and process incoming materials
* Book, store, pick, and distribute stock across site
* Perform sampling and dispensing of materials following SOPs
* Support domestic and international shipments
* Maintain accurate stock records using ERP systems
* Carry out daily cycle counts and support stocktakes
* Monitor temperature-controlled environments and calibrate equipment
* Ensure cleanliness and compliance in warehouse and sampling areas
* Respond to out-of-hours call outs for plant alarms (rota-based)
What We're Looking For:
* Experience in a supply chain or warehouse coordination role
* Forklift license (required)
* Comfortable working in a GMP/GDP environment (pharma or similar experience is a plus)
* Good IT skills – including ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
