Commercial Property Solicitor (4-10 PQE) London
An entrepreneurial West End law firm in London are actively looking to recruit a mid-level Commercial Property Solicitor.
You will join a busy and established commercial real estate department alongside 10 other real estate lawyers. Your caseload will be extremely varied to include advising on: secured lending, developments (residential and commercial), investments, landlord and tenant, corporate real estate.
Although in the West End this firm very much punch above their weight – they regularly act alongside city/international law firms in London.
The salary range for this role is c. £75,000-£90,000.
Hybrid working policy 4:1.
Although this is a general commercial real estate role c. 50% of the caseload will be secured lending/property development – prior experience is required.
