About The Role & Team
As Licensing Sales Manager for Health & Beauty across EMEA at Disney, you will shape and execute ambitious commercial strategies, both long‑term and for each fiscal year, to drive growth across our portfolio. You will oversee and develop a number of our existing accounts, evaluating our licensee base to implement a rationalisation plan that ensures our business management remains focused and effective. Your role will involve identifying, pitching, and securing new licensees who will meaningfully contribute to category expansion.
You will actively nurture engagement, foster partnership, and lead joint business planning with all accounts, both new and established. Through skilled negotiation of regional contracts, you will be instrumental in delivering strategic growth in licensing sales for the EMEA region.
Creativity and commercial acumen are vital, as is expertise in Health & Beauty product development. You will leverage your knowledge of digital, social, and traditional retail marketing, along with key consumer insights and emerging trends, to shape impactful strategies that align teams and departments. Agility is essential, enabling you to seize opportunities and target new partners to maximise impact for the Disney brand.
This is a permanent position located at our London office in Hammersmith, requiring four days of on‑site attendance per week.
What You Will Do
 * Collaborate with the Senior Licensing Sales Manager and Licensing Sales Director to develop and implement long‑term, inclusive strategies within your department, working with a diverse range of stakeholders.
 * Use key trends and commercial and consumer insights to create and execute clear strategies across the company and departments, embracing flexibility and welcoming new opportunities and partners from all backgrounds.
 * Lead the annual operating plan and quarterly forecasting process, setting inclusive objectives and strategies for suppliers (licensees) in partnership with markets, consumer groups, category teams, franchise, marketing, product development, and finance teams.
 * Build and nurture strong engagement, partnerships, and joint business planning with all EMEA accounts, valuing contributions from both new and existing partners.
 * Conduct contract negotiations for designated accounts, ensuring all relevant stakeholders, global, EMEA, and local, are informed and included.
 * Work inclusively with creative teams and as needed, Global Interactive Experiences on product development, and support marketing teams to align product sales with the needs and aspirations of all licensees and retailers.
 * Promote awareness and understanding of the International Labour Standards (ILS) process, serving as a supportive link between suppliers and The Walt Disney Company (TWDC) ILS team, ensuring all voices are respected.
 * Drive new business development pitches and research projects, focusing on scalable opportunities accessible to all.
 * Organise and actively participate in market meetings, encouraging diverse viewpoints and contributions.
 * Collaborate and develop strong relationships with Disney market teams, providing regular strategy and franchise updates, and addressing local market needs and differences. Share best practices widely and inclusively.
 * Build and strengthen relationships with international DCP teams to encourage knowledge exchange and best practice sharing, fostering a culture where everyone can contribute and thrive.
Required Qualifications & Skills
 * Previous involvement within the consumer products sector
 * Demonstrated ability to build positive relationships, lead and support change, and collaborate inclusively across departments to achieve shared financial and organisational goals
 * Experience in nurturing and developing the strengths and performance of a team
 * Sound financial understanding, with the ability to turn data into actionable and accessible plans
 * Confident in analysing data, drawing practical conclusions, and implementing recommendations to help achieve business objectives
 * Flexible and adaptable, able to recognise and act on new opportunities and engage with a wide range of potential partners
 * Resourceful and adaptable in a dynamic and evolving environment
 * Comfortable using a range of computer programmes, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Keynote
 * Proficient written and spoken English for business purposes is essential; additional European languages are warmly welcomed
 * An appreciation for digital, social, and in‑person (brick‑and‑mortier) marketing, recognising the strengths of each
 * Creative and strategic mindset with a collaborative approach to problem‑solving and innovation
 * Outstanding planning and organisational abilities
