As a Team Member in our café, you’ll:
1. Be involved in cooking, chatting with customers, and making an impact.
2. Ensure all dishes meet our menu standards and safety regulations.
3. Keep kitchen equipment and customer areas tidy and clean.
4. Handle food safely, follow hygiene standards, and keep records.
5. Practice FIFO stock rotation and accept deliveries.
6. Prepare, cook, and serve food according to our menu.
7. Maintain high standards and ensure food availability.
8. Resolve customer complaints and communicate with management.
9. Stay updated with business communications and initiatives.
10. Keep the café clean by clearing and sanitising tables.
You will need:
* A commitment to hospitality and customer service.
* Knowledge of health and safety standards.
* Ability to work efficiently and maintain cleanliness.
* Good communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to multitask.
* Organisational skills and adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
