The Learning & Development Business Partner will support the delivery of the People Strategy by providing an effective and efficient Learning and Development function, ensuring our teams have the right skills, knowledge and understanding to support the achievement of our key strategic aims and objectives. OR At least 4 years experience (gained in the last 10 years) experience delivering and supporting a Learning & Development function. L&D experience to include: The assessment of learning and development needs of employees. Supporting the implementation and delivery of learning and development programmes and be content in supporting of these needs and organisational objectives. Supporting the evaluation of learning and development programmes. Experience of supporting and delivering service improvements within an HR or L&D role. Experience of working in an L&D Function within a wider HR Team. Experience of using appropriate IT suite and level of programmes associated with the role, including Microsoft office - PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel and Word, to produce presentations and targeted reporting. A current full driving licence and access to a suitable form of transport* (*where an applicant indicates that a disability prohibits them from driving, this criterion will be waived at the shortlisting stage.
