Job Advert Job Title: Programme Controller x 2 Location: Falmer, Hybrid Working Salary: up to £40,000 depending on skills and experience Step up your PMO career with a key role in programme delivery We’re seeking motivated and detail-oriented Programme Controllers to join our Capital Investment team. This PMO-based role is ideal for professionals with a background in PMO, reporting, or data analytics who want to deepen their expertise while gaining valuable exposure to delivery processes. If you’re ready to take the next step within a PMO environment that supports strategic programme delivery, this opportunity is for you. Key Purpose As a Programme Controller, you’ll play a key role in providing accurate planning, scheduling, cost, and risk management support across our Capital Programme. Your insights will directly inform decision-making at the highest level, helping ensure we meet strategic outcomes on time, within budget, and with full transparency. You’ll work across a diverse range of stakeholders—including Planning Managers, Portfolio Leads, Delivery Teams, and PMO—offering critical support and data that underpins successful programme delivery. Key Responsibilities * Support programme and portfolio management with data-driven insight to optimise plans and enable smart investment decisions. * Develop and maintain baseline delivery plans, forecasting schedules and financials with accuracy and clarity. * Drive compliance with change, quality, and risk control standards across the project lifecycle. * Provide assurance, analysis, and recommendations to help deliver key capital projects and mitigate risks. * Facilitate clear, concise reporting that highlights threats, opportunities, and programme performance. * Help set annual budgets and guide financial planning using robust, validated data. * Work with planning tools and reporting systems, ensuring data integrity and continuous improvement. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align planning with operational and strategic priorities Why Join Us? * Strengthen your PMO career while gaining insight into programme delivery * Work within a collaborative team shaping significant capital investments * Engage with senior stakeholders and contribute to strategic decision-making * Benefit from a supportive culture focused on development, innovation, and continuous improvement Package This role will be full time Monday to Friday 37 hours a week.
