We are looking for an experienced Direct Response Copywriter, who will be the voice and messaging engine of the company. You will own copy across all customer touchpoints and drive measurable improvements in conversions, revenue, and audience engagement.
You’ll work directly with the CEO and collaborate across Sales and Marketing as the “Copy Chief” to build scalable messaging systems that support long-term growth.

* Experienced in coaching junior copywriters and collaborating effectively on team projects while maintaining quality standards
* Skilled in applying the 10–80–10 principle when working with a junior copywriter, guiding the initial direction, delegating the bulk of execution, and refining the final output together
* Compliance-aware when writing for sensitive industries (Facebook ads compliance, FTC compliance)
* Thrives in a feedback-rich environment and collaborates effectively with team members at all levels
* Flexible and consistently fast in communication and response times over Slack
* Able to measure clear revenue impact from new copy compared to baseline versions, not just surface metrics like clicks
* Proficient with AI tools to enhance productivity and output, while maintaining exceptional copywriting fundamentals and strategic thinking
* Capable of managing and leading copy-driven projects end to end, such as creating a new VSL, coordinating with the team, and fully owning the final outcome
Key Responsibilities
You will own and optimize all company messaging across the entire funnel, ensuring high conversion rates, consistent brand voice, and predictable performance.
Funnel & Performance Copywriting
* Write high-converting copy for ads, funnels, VSLs, and Youtube Video scripts.
* Own messaging strategy from cold traffic to conversion
* Maintain and elevate the brand voice consistently across all channels
Conversion Optimisation & Data Analysis
* Test, analyse, and optimise copy assets across the funnel
* Improve Revenue from copy improvements - CTR, CVR, AOV, VSL watch time, booking rate, and overall revenue per call.
* Build scalable copy frameworks, templates, and messaging systems
* Develop testing hypotheses and iterate rapidly based on performance data
Audience & Market Research
* Conduct deep customer research to uncover pain points, objections, and motivations
* Translate insights into compelling angles, hooks, and messaging
* Stay aware of competitor messaging trends and behavioural patterns
Cross-Functional Collaboration
* Partner with media buyers on creative development
* Collaborate with designers on visual direction for campaigns
* Work with leadership to ensure messaging aligns with strategic objectives
Brand Voice Ownership
* Final content approval across all channels including YouTube videos, social media, and marketing materials
* Ensure all advice and messaging is strategically sound and aligns with Marriage Reset's methodology and values
* Maintain brand perception and positioning by reviewing content for accuracy, appropriateness, and brand alignment
* Oversee content quality and strategic messaging to protect and enhance the company's reputation
Requirements
Essential Experience
* 5+ years direct response copywriting experience
* Proven success with high-ticket book a call offers
* Portfolio demonstrating measurable conversion wins
* Expertise in VSL and sales-call funnel structures
* Experience in men's coaching, personal development, or relationships (strongly preferred)
* Ability to study and replicate brand voices across multiple platforms
* Advanced customer research skills - extracting language from calls and testimonials
* Experience writing compliant copy for sensitive/coaching industries
* Native or native-level English fluence

Role Details
Reports to: CEO
Location: Fully Remote
Salary: $3,000-$4,000 USD/month
Hours: Part-time, 4–6 hours per day (flexible), with availability for scheduled meetings. Final
schedule to be discussed during interviews.
