As a Senior Product Associate in Digital Platform Analytics, you’ll play a key role in uncovering the business questions and outcomes that user engagement metrics can answer. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to translate complex data into deep insights, enabling more personalized and impactful client experiences across. Morgan’s Corporate & Investment Bank. By driving the adoption of analytics solutions, building intuitive dashboards, and continuously improving our data models, you’ll empower stakeholders to make informed decisions and unlock new opportunities for digital engagement. This is a highly visible role where your analytical skills and business acumen will directly shape the future of our digital platforms.

Your day-to-day will include conducting market research, analyzing platform engagement metrics, and building interactive Tableau dashboards to visualize complex data for business stakeholders. You’ll support product managers in gathering and documenting requirements, help develop and maintain the product roadmap, and prioritize features that deliver the greatest impact. You’ll collaborate with engineering, design, and partner teams, contribute to product documentation and process improvements, and help onboard application teams to DP Analytics. By driving adoption and product growth, communicating insights in clear business language, and continuously enhancing data models, you’ll directly influence client experiences and drive better business outcomes in a dynamic, innovative environment.

Job responsibilities:

1. Support product manager in gathering and documenting requirements, develop and maintain the product roadmap, prioritizing features and initiatives for maximum impact.
2. Conduct market research and analysis of analytics platforms to identify opportunities and inform product direction.
3. Communicate and collaborate with internal teams (product delivery, engineering, design, partner teams) and external stakeholders.
4. Contribute to risk management and issue resolution throughout the product lifecycle.
5. Help onboard application teams to DP Analytics and support their data needs.
6. Contribute to product documentation and process improvements.
7. Monitor adoption and product performance using OKRs, KPIs, and analytics; iterate based on feedback and data.
8. Design, build, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards to visualize complex data sets for business stakeholders.
9. Prepare presentations, reports, and dashboards for leadership and stakeholders.
10. Continuously improve and enhance the definition of standard data models.
11. Communicate findings and technical details in clear, business-friendly language.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

12. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (., Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Statistics).
13. 3+ years of experience in product management, data analytics, or a related role.
14. Proven experience designing and developing Tableau dashboards for business analytics. Experience in other BI tools is a plus.
15. Experience with data preparation and transformation (Alteryx or other ETL tools a plus).
16. Proficiency in SQL and Python; basic knowledge of R.
17. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical details into business language.
18. Proficiency with Atlassian tools. Jira, Confluence and collaboration tools like Lucid and FigJam.
19. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
20. Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
