We’re looking for Registered Children’s Nurses (RNCB) who share our passion for providing compassionate, personalised, and expert care that truly makes a difference to children and their families. ?? The Role: As a Children’s Nurse, you’ll work both autonomously and collaboratively assessing, planning and delivering high-quality palliative care. You’ll: Provide holistic, individualised care for children and young people with complex health needs Support and guide families through emotionally challenging journeys Work closely with a multi-disciplinary team, contributing to safeguarding, care planning, clinical audits and service development Supervise and support junior staff and students Deliver nursing care that is clinically effective, evidence-based, and always centred on the child’s needs ? What You’ll Need: Registered Children’s Nurse (RNCB) qualification Experience working with children with complex/palliative care needs Strong communication, interpersonal and decision-making skills The ability to work flexibly across a 24/7 rota A driving licence is highly desirable for community visits Why Join Dougie Mac?
