At Thurn Partners, we’re looking for a hands-on Talent Development Specialist with real sales floor experience to drive performance across our consultant team.
This isn’t a back-office role. You’ll be embedded on the desk - coaching, developing and elevating consultants from graduate level through to experienced hires.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Deliver live, on-desk coaching: shadowing calls, giving real-time feedback and reinforcing best practice
* Partner with managers to identify gaps and implement targeted training
* Support consultants across the full deal lifecycle: sourcing, pitching, negotiation and closing
* Track progress against performance goals and provide insight to leadership
* Contribute to training design and continuously improve our L&D approach
* Play a key role in our Graduate Academy and consultant development initiatives
What We’re Looking For
* Background in agency recruitment or executive search
* Proven experience in a high-performance sales environment
* Passion for coaching and developing others in a practical, engaging way
* Commercial mindset with the ability to link training to results
* Strong communication skills and confidence giving direct feedback
* Proactive, organised and thrives in a fast-paced, scaling business
