As the Relationship Manager (Grant Distribution) at The Social Change Nest, you’ll lead the delivery of international and UK grant distribution projects, working closely with funders and grassroots groups to ensure funds are managed efficiently and transparently. Job Description
At The Social Change Nest, we’re radically transforming the funding landscape to strengthen civil society. We remove financial and administrative barriers for communities, grassroots groups, and informal movements, enabling them to access funding and focus on their core mission. We also work closely with funders, providing Grant Distribution and Fund Management services to support social action with confidence and transparency.

Your Role
 * As the Relationship Manager (Grant Distribution), you’ll lead delivery of international and UK grant distribution projects, ensuring effective systems, strong relationships, and smooth delivery.
 * Manage international grant distribution contracts and key funder relationships.
 * Oversee project schedules, budgets, and delivery plans.
 * Coordinate due diligence, grant agreements, onboarding, and payments.
 * Track finances and ensure accurate reporting.
 * Communicate regularly with funders and stakeholders.
 * Identify and manage risks, solving delivery challenges proactively.
 * Collaborate across teams to improve systems and share learning.
 * Line manage and mentor the Programmes Assistant (GD).
What You’ll Need
 * Excellent organisational and project management skills.
 * Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
 * Experience in client or stakeholder relationship management.
 * Confidence with budgets, numbers, and data tracking.
 * Clear and engaging communication skills.
 * Experience in grantmaking or programme delivery.
 * Initiative, problem‑solving ability, and a passion for social justice.
