Regional HR Advisor South Region - Based in Dartford Permanent | Up to £40,000 DOE Benefits: 33 days holiday, Private Medical, Pension, Life Assurance, The Opportunity We're looking for a proactive and people-focused Regional HR Advisor to provide generalist HR support across sites in Dartford and the wider South region. You'll work closely with operational leaders to embed strong HR practices, ensure compliance, and champion a positive, inclusive culture. Key Responsibilities Taking responsibility for a region within this large business your job will be all encompassing. You will; Advise on HR policy, employee relations, and performance management Liase with Unions in formal processes Support formal processes (disciplinary, grievance, etc.) Coach managers on effective people management Lead recruitment processes and temporary staffing coordination Maintain HR systems and generate key people metrics Coordinate apprenticeships and training activities Support engagement initiatives and diversity programmes Travel to other sites within the region What You'll Bring Attitude and willingness to learn. CIPD Level 5 ideally Proven experience in liasing with unions in formal processes is key Solid understanding of UK employment law Excellent communication, organisation, and IT skills A professional, flexible approach and attention to detail As this role is regional, some travel will be required across sites.
