Role: Scrum Master
Location: Remote
Role Overview:
We are hiring a Scrum Master to facilitate agile delivery for one or
more product engineering teams at Joveo. You will protect the process,
remove blockers, and create the conditions where teams can do their best
work — fast, focused, and continuously improving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews
- Remove impediments and escalate blockers that the team cannot self-resolve
- Coach teams on agile principles and help them mature their practices
- Track team velocity, sprint metrics, and delivery health
- Collaborate with product managers to maintain a healthy, prioritized backlog
- Support cross-team coordination in scaled agile environments
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master for software engineering teams
- Deep knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and agile delivery principles
- Strong facilitation and conflict-resolution skills in distributed team settings
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM I/II, or equivalent) preferred
- Familiarity with agile tooling (Jira, Linear, or Azure DevOps)
- Ability to balance process adherence with pragmatic delivery focus
