About the Role:
As an Unqualified Teacher, you'll take the lead in delivering pre-set lessons, managing classroom behaviour, and ensuring students stay focused and engaged in their learning. While you won't be expected to plan or assess, your role is crucial in maintaining a productive learning environment and supporting student progress.
You'll work closely with school staff and receive ongoing support and guidance from our experienced agency team.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver pre-prepared lessons to KS3 and KS4 students
Manage behaviour and uphold school policies in the classroom
Support students with their learning and answer questions as needed
Maintain a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom atmosphere
Report back on student engagement, behaviour, and progress
Liaise with teaching staff and senior leaders as necessaryBenefits:

Previous experience working with young people (e.g., in education, coaching, mentoring, or youth work)
Confidence to lead and manage a classroom independently
Excellent communication and organisational skills
A genuine passion for education and supporting young people
Must be eligible to work in the UK and willing to undergo an enhanced DBS check
