We are currently seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Production Operative to join their dynamic team. Role Overview
You will be responsible for the safe and high-quality manufacturing of company-designed electronic hardware in line with customer, regulatory, and internal specification requirements. This hands-on role sits within the Production Team and plays a key part in delivering exceptional products.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manufacture electronic products to the highest standards, following build instructions, safety guidelines, and best practices.
2. Use production tools and equipment correctly and ensure any issues are reported promptly to the Production Manager.
3. Maintain a strong focus on health and safety, including proper use of PPE where required.
4. Follow all relevant QMS processes and procedures to ensure product compliance and consistency.
5. Adopt a “Right First Time” approach and uphold quality throughout the build process.
What We're Looking For
Essential:
1. Previous experience in a similar production or assembly role.
2. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and wiring diagrams.
3. Confident with tasks such as soldering, wiring, and crimping.
Desirable:
1. A qualification in Electronics Engineering would be a strong advantage.
