This may fluctuate in line with business requirements. About the Opportunity: We are looking for a Careers Consultant to provide information, advice and guidance to Arden Students and Graduates by using a wide range of online tools to assess their values, interests, skills and abilities, helping them to acquire skills and resources to plan and manage their careers. You will develop and deliver careers education materials online and in-person as part of the academic curriculum, collaborating and co-creating with academic colleagues and students. You will be involved in annual service planning working with schools and faculties, as well as taking part in ongoing reviews and enhancements. About You: You will need a relevant professional careers qualification, as well as having experience of working with students or graduates from a diverse range of backgrounds in a variety of different situations. We will be looking for you to evidence where you have coached and mentored individuals to achieve their own goals and success. You will also need experience of working on complex projects and deadlines in a fast-moving environment. An awareness of current issues in HE and graduate employment trends is essential.
