Job Description
Candidates should have clinical expertise in mental health nursing attained through relevant experience and knowledge. You will be self-motivated and enthusiastic, working with your own caseload under the direction and supervision of the team leader. All aspects of the work will be underpinned by your theoretical knowledge and evidence base, along with demonstration of skills and qualities required to successfully provide person-centred, recovery-focused interventions within the community.
The team provides a service to adults experiencing a range of mental health problems, including severe, enduring, and acute needs. You will collaborate with a varied multidisciplinary team, including psychiatry, social work, and occupational therapy.
The successful candidate will participate in the delivery of assessment clinics and group work. Additionally, you will manage your own caseload and provide supervision to other team members.
