The role of the Roofing Operative Commercial Roofing will involve:
Roofing Supervisor positions dealing with the refurbishment of commercial roofing and cladding systems
Follow all SHEQ policies, carry out risk assessments, and adhere to client site rules at all times.
Communicate professionally, respond promptly to requests, and maintain a respectful, presentable image on site.
Plan and organise tools, materials, and tasks efficiently to deliver high-quality work on time.
Participate in briefings and toolbox talks, support colleagues and apprentices, and promote a positive team environment.
Accurately record work progress, complete site audits, and use company systems (tablet/portal) in line with procedures.
The ideal applicant will be a Roofing Operative Commercial Roofing with:
Must have roofing experience in sheeting/cladding
Ideally have experience across multiple roofing types such as; flat roofing, green roofs, single ply, pitched etc
CSCS card
Sound understanding of Health & Safety legislation
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
Resilient individual who can deal with queries in a professional manor
Excellent communication across all levels both written and verbal
IT literate (Microsoft Office)
Full UK driving license
