As we re-imagine our spaces, refine our service, and elevate the guest experience even further, we are looking for an exceptional Food & Beverage Supervisor to help lead the journey.

The Role
As Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will play a key part in the day-to-day leadership of our restaurant and bar operation, supporting the Food & Beverage Management team in delivering confident, polished service while maintaining the warmth and personality Cromlix is known for.
You'll be hands-on, visible on the floor, and passionate about standards — not just maintaining them, but pushing them forward as our offering evolves.

* Previous supervisory experience in a quality hospitality environment
* Strong service instincts and a natural presence on the floor
* Confidence leading, motivating and supporting a team
