Asset Management Officer (£43,207per annum, full-time)
Job Role
We are seeking a Asset Management Officer to play a key role in supporting the Property Asset Manager to:
* Planning improvement works using data to inform decision-making and priorities
* Supporting Decent Homes, EPC and Net Zero targets
* Keeping our property information and systems up to date
* Working closely with teams across the Property Services Directorate

Location Details
