Are you an experienced Social Worker looking to step into a specialist, high-impact role within a mental health setting? Were working with a well-established, independent healthcare provider to recruit a dedicated Social Worker to support children and young people with complex mental health needs in a structured clinical environment. This is a pivotal safeguarding-focused role, ideal for someone confident working within multi-disciplinary teams and managing complex cases. Youll take the lead on safeguarding and child protection, supporting young people with needs including: Autism spectrum conditions Eating disorders Learning disabilities Attachment and developmental difficulties Mental Health Act involvement Working closely with clinical teams, youll play a key role in assessment, care planning, and discharge pathways.
