The role
As an Administrator - Engineering Services, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. It’s an opportunity to develop your skills in a dynamic environment while contributing to projects that make a real difference.
Day-to-day, you’ll provide essential support to Facilities Engineering senior managers and project teams to meeting business objectives. This is a fast-paced, varied role where no two days are the same. You’ll manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and play a key part in ensuring smooth operations.
1. Provide administrative support to Facilities Engineering teams
2. Manage diaries, coordinate room bookings, and accurately record meeting minutes
3. Prepare letters, reports, and other documentation; perform photocopying, scanning, and archiving tasks as required
4. Maintain product registers and process supply orders promptly
5. Ensure accurate document control project teams
This role is full time, 35 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements with a minimum of 3 days in the office/onsite and 2 days working from home.
Essential experience of the Administrator
6. Previous experience in a busy office environment
7. Strong MS Office skills
8. Effective written and verbal communication skills
9. Excellent organisational and time management abilities
10. Problem-solving and decision-making skills
Qualifications for the Administrator
11. GCSEs in English and Maths (Grade C or equivalent)
12. NVQ Level 2 in Business and Administration or equivalent

The successful candidate must be a sole UK national who is able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
