Senior Project Manager – Oracle OFS & CX
Location: Reading (2–3 days onsite)

Are you a proven Project Manager with experience delivering Oracle Field Services or CX solutions?
We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager to drive high-impact digital and operational transformation across customer and field service functions. This role sits at the heart of a major programme focused on optimising the end-to-end customer journey through integrated Oracle platforms.
Key responsibilities:
* Lead the delivery of Oracle OFS and Oracle CX capabilities across technology and business change.
* Coordinate internal and third-party delivery teams to achieve measurable customer and operational outcomes.
* Deliver process improvements and drive adoption across both field and customer-facing teams.
* Manage governance, risk, and stakeholder engagement throughout the delivery lifecycle.
* Own business readiness, training, and change adoption activities across impacted teams.
What we’re looking for:
* Proven track record of delivering Oracle OFS projects (or equivalent field service platforms).
* Experience with Oracle CX / CRM solutions highly desirable.
* Skilled in stakeholder engagement, with strong business change delivery experience.
* Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery frameworks.
