My client, a well-established, award-winning business in the horticultural sector is looking for a dynamic and driven Marketing & Sales Lead to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative marketer with a flair for sales who’s ready to shape a company’s marketing strategy while working directly with customers in a varied, hands-on environment.
About the Role
We’re seeking someone with experience in digital marketing and customer engagement who can lead on areas such as:
* Social media management (content creation, editing, and scheduling)
* SEO strategy and PPC advertising
* Website management and updates
* Marketing campaign planning and execution
* On-site promotions and workshop coordination
Alongside marketing, you’ll play a key role in supporting the sales team, including:
* Responding to customer enquiries (by phone, email, and in-person)
* Assisting clients in the on-site advice centre
* Photographing and tagging sold stock
* Ensuring excellent customer service from first enquiry to post-sale
What We’re Looking For
* A confident communicator with natural sales instincts
* Hands-on experience with SEO, PPC, and digital content production
* Familiarity with CRM platforms like Salesforce (or equivalent)
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Comfortable working collaboratively and independently
* B2B experience in a sales or marketing context is highly desirable
