This is an excellent opportunity for a talented and design:focused individual with strong technical expertise to take a leading role in delivering a wide range of projects across the UK. The practice works across multiple sectors, including residential, mixed:use, education, commercial, industrial, master planning, and health and special care. You will play a key part in shaping the practice’s creative and strategic direction while managing projects and mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead and deliver architectural projects from concept to completion
* Contribute to the strategic growth and development of the practice
* Manage and mentor junior architects and assistants
* Represent the practice at client meetings, presentations, and networking events
* Produce and review detailed drawings, specifications, and technical documentation
* Liaise confidently with clients, consultants, and contractors
* Ensure compliance with building regulations and planning requirements
* Oversee on:site construction to maintain quality and meet deadlines
* Support business development and strengthen client relationships
About You
* ARB or RIBA registered with substantial UK:based experience
* Strong design and technical skills with excellent Revit proficiency
* Proven experience delivering projects within the commercial and education sectors
* Confident communicator with strong client:facing and presentation abilities
* Highly motivated, organised, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
* Strong leadership, coordination, and mentoring skills
* Comprehensive knowledge of building regulations, planning, and construction processes
* Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
