Contract: Bank Salary: £12.70 Per Hour Shift Type: Mixed - Days & Nights Contracted hours: 0 Nestled in the scenic surroundings of Haddington, East Lothian, our purpose-built care home provides high-quality care and exceptional living standards for up to 68 residents. We deliver personalised Residential, Nursing, Dementia, Respite and Palliative care, tailored to the individual needs of each resident.
We are currently recruiting kind-hearted and reliable Bank Care Assistants to join our friendly team. Whether you are an experienced carer or new to the sector, you will be supported every step of the way. With flexible shifts available – both days and nights – this is the perfect opportunity for those looking to work around other commitments while making a real difference.
70 per hour
~ Flexible, zero hours contract

~ Paid PVG, free uniform, meals on shift, and onsite parking
~6 weeks annual leave (pro rata)

As a Care Assistant, you will support residents with everyday tasks such as personal care, mobility, mealtimes, and meaningful companionship. You will play a vital role in creating a safe, comfortable, and joyful environment, helping residents maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life.
Experience in care is welcome, but not essential. If you are compassionate, dependable, and eager to learn, we will provide all the training and support you need to thrive.
