Duties: Onboarding for new starters Supporting with the payroll process General Admin Accurately maintaining personnel records ensuring all details are accurate and updated on a regular basis Managing HR documents including employment records and onboarding guides Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information Ensure legal compliance and confidentiality procedures are upheld Answer employees queries about HR-related issuesThe candidate : Excellent administration skills and be a confident computer user.
