Associate Clinical Psychologist / CBT Therapist CAMHS
Well Mind People are a leading provider of psychological therapy in Oxfordshire and Berkshire. Due to phenomenal growth we are looking to expand our team of associate therapists.
This is a role for an Associate Clinical Psychologist / CBT Therapist specialising in CAMHS (Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services). The position is based in Reading and/or Wallingford, with no remote‑only roles. Responsibilities include conducting psychological assessments, delivering evidence‑based interventions such as CBT, and offering support to children, adolescents, and families. You will work with self‑funding clients as well as health insurance providers.
Qualifications
* Expertise in Psychology, CBT, EMDR, DBT, etc.
* Proficiency in psychological testing and assessment.
* Master’s or Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology or related field (e.g., CBT).
* Accreditation with a recognised professional body (HCPC, BABCP).
* Previous experience in CAMHS or working with children and adolescents.
* Ability to work independently while being part of a growing team.
* Flexibility and high levels of customer service.
