We are looking for an enthusiastic, Procurement Administrator to join our team at an exciting time of growth.
* Building and maintaining positive, long-term relationship with vendors
* Raising, placing and tracking purchase orders
* Progressing of order to ensure specified delivery dates are met and correct items and quantities are received
* Updating and maintaining internal databases with records of orders, contracts
* Evaluating pricing from vendors and negotiating to obtain improved pricing
* Research new suppliers and making recommendations to Manager
* Well presented, self-motivated and enthusiastic attitude.
* Ability to manage own workload to meet deadlines in a busy environment with minimal supervision.
* Continual education on new and existing products and services within the industry.
* Work alongside the team to support sales and contract renewals for existing customers
Soft Skills
* Ability to multi task and perform under pressure
* Good time management and solid organisation and communication skills
* Strong emphasis on accuracy and detail
* Excellent command of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook etc) plus the willingness and ability to utilise new IT systems as required.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and verbal).
