* Managing Shift Managers and Crew
* Supporting the delivery of quality food and service
* Creating a positive work environment
* Ensuring customer satisfaction and handling complaints
* Leading by example on the floor and in the kitchen
* Supporting the General Manager and store results
* Owning the P&L, driving sales, and controlling costs
* Managing daily operations and planning for the future
* Developing team talent pipeline
