Job Description

As the Head of Governance and Compliance, you will lead and enable a multidisciplinary team with a wide remit, supporting the effective operation of the Charity. The Governance and Compliance Team ensures the Charity complies with all regulatory and statutory obligations, supervises assurance activities, and oversees risk management frameworks. The team also supports the Board of Trustees and sub-committees to operate effectively.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements
* Significant experience in governance, compliance, and risk management, ideally within a charity or not-for-profit setting.
* Strong communication skills, capable of engaging with senior leaders, Board members, and operational teams.
* Proven leadership ability in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
* Ability to build relationships across different functions and levels.

DBS Required: Basic
Salary: £53,354.70 annually
