We're looking for a proactive and creative Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing team. This is a varied, hands-on role working across search and social media, supporting the wider marketing team to plan, deliver and optimise high-performing digital campaigns for our clients.

What the role involves
You'll work across a wide range of clients and sectors, supporting campaign delivery across multiple digital channels.
Search (SEO & PPC)
Support the setup, management and optimisation of PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
Assist with keyword research, competitor analysis and search strategy development
Draft and test ad copy, extensions and landing page messaging
Carry out SEO audits and help implement technical and on-page improvements
Optimise metadata, internal linking and content with SEO best practice in mind
Monitor performance using analytics and search tools, highlighting opportunities for growth
Social Media & Paid Social
Help plan, write and schedule organic social media content across key platforms
Draft captions, short-form copy and creative ideas aligned with brand tone of voice
Assist with paid social campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram)
Support audience building, creative testing and performance optimisation
Edit and adapt short-form video content for social use
Content & Campaign Support
Write clear, engaging copy for ads, social posts, websites and landing pages
Support campaign planning and execution across multiple channels
Assist with website content updates and audits, primarily within WordPress
Collaborate with designers, developers and account managers to deliver integrated campaigns
Reporting & Collaboration
Help produce monthly performance reports and summaries for clients
Translate data into clear insights and recommended actions
Stay up to date with platform changes, trends and best practice across digital marketing
Support the wider team wherever needed to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and to a high standard
This is a permanent full-time position (40 hours per week) and requires a minimum of 3 days per week from our office in central Sheffield. (You need to be legally allowed to work in the UK.)
What skills you'll need
To succeed in this role, you'll ideally have:
A solid understanding of digital marketing fundamentals across SEO, PPC and social
Strong written communication skills and confidence in writing copy for different channels
An analytical mindset with the ability to spot trends and opportunities in data
Excellent attention to detail and organisation
A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
An interest in social content creation, trends and short-form video

Basic salary of £23,750 per year
On-target earnings of £29,500 per year (performance commission based on retention)
