As a Stock Administrator, you will report into the Stock Supervisor and be responsible for supporting the stock team with all the administrative tasks. This is a full time, permanent position, working a 3 on 3 off shift pattern, 06:00 till 18:00. What youll do on a typical day: Managing the SAP system ensuring accurate inputs and updates Maintaining and aligning stock records for specific customers Operating and interrogating Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to identify potential improvements Developing strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders What you need to succeed at GXO: Experience with SAP and WMS systems Excellent computer skills, especially in Excel Highly organised, transparent and good timekeeper Strong attention to details Ability to work in a fast-paced environment We engineer faster, smarter, leaner supply chains.
