About The Company: A family owned construction company who operate alongside and in partnership with Tier 1 contractors, they are continuing to grow and expand their offering to clients. The Role: We are looking for an experienced FC/ FD to join our client on an initial 3 month FTC. The company requires someone with previous experience of operating at a senior level within an SME environment, preferably Construction or M&E. Key Responsibilities: Budgeting & Forecasting – Oversee financial planning, ensuring accurate budgets and forecasts.
Lead Finance Team – Take ownership of the running of day-to-day finance function and team.
Financial Analysis – Provide key insights to support decision-making and drive business growth.
Reporting – Prepare detailed reports and financial models to improve strategic planning.
Desirable Skills: Qualified or part-qualified (CIMA, ACCA, ACA).
Experience in CIS, Construction or M&E sectors.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in financial software & Excel.
