KS2 Teacher Responsibilities: Plan and deliver lessons that follow the Key Stage 2 curriculum across all subjects. Create a positive and safe classroom where every pupil feels valued and supported. Help students develop important skills in reading, writing, math, and problem-solving. Regularly assess students’ progress and use the information to guide your teaching. Manage classroom behaviour effectively, setting clear rules and expectations. Work closely with teaching assistants and other staff to meet the needs of all students. Communicate with parents and carers about their child’s progress and well-being. Follow school policies and procedures to ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment. Requirements of KS2 Teacher: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification. Previous UK experience teaching within a Key Stage 2 classroom is desirable Good knowledge of the Key Stage 2 curriculum and assessment standards. Ability to create a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom. Strong communication skills to work effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
