This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about supporting children with special educational needs and helping them reach their full potential. The Role: As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will provide tailored support to pupils with a range of additional needs, including autism, ADHD, learning difficulties, and social, emotional, and mental health needs. Support may be delivered on a one-to-one basis or within small groups, both in and out of the classroom. Key Responsibilities: Supporting pupils with SEN to access learning and achieve positive outcomes Assisting the class teacher with differentiated learning activities Providing one-to-one and small group support as required Helping pupils develop confidence, independence, and social skills Working closely with teachers, SENCOs, and support staff The Ideal Candidate: Experience working with children or young people with SEN (school, care, or support settings) A patient, flexible, and nurturing approach Strong communication and teamwork skills A genuine passion for inclusive education Relevant qualifications or SEN training are desirable but not essential Why Work with Tradewind Recruitment?
