We have an excellent opportunity for a Veterinary Surgeon to join a growing first opinion small animal veterinary practice in the LUTON area, Bedfordshire.
* full time or part time hours are available including 1 in 3 weekends and no OOH
* practice is purpose built with state of the art equipment; digital X-ray, ultrasound, in-house laboratory etc.
* wide and varied medical and surgical caseload including; cats, dogs, rabbits and guinea pigs
* ideally you will already have some experience in practice and be confident with routine surgery and consults
* this role will require some occasional periods of sole charge
* you will be joining a fantastic, friendly and supportive team
* CPD allowance and support for Certificate study
* paid RCVS, BVA memberships and VDS fees.
* Sought after location with free parking, great transport link with easy road access to M1 and A5, direct trains to cities of London and Milton Keynes and London Luton Airport is easily accessible too!
Person Requirements
* Degree in Veterinary Medicine or equivalent
* Registered with the RCVS
* confident with routine surgery and consults
* occasional sole charge.
