We wish to appoint a learning support assistant to help a pupil in KS2 with Autism on a 1:1 basis. The hours of work are 8.30am - 3.30pm, term time only. We are looking for someone who has lots of patience, empathy, initiative and resilience. Knowledge and experience of working with children with Autism would be an advantage, but this role could also suit a school leaver or gap year student with the right confidence and skills.
