Roles/Responsibilities
* Act as the first point of contact for clients and service providers, handling calls, emails, and inquiries.
* Coordinate engineers' schedules, site visits, and internal meetings.
* Prepare and maintain quotes, contracts, certificates, and compliance documentation.
* Manage office supplies, vendor relationships, and clerical tasks (filing, data entry, mail handling).
* Support finance and leadership teams with invoicing, timesheets, and reporting needs.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in an administrative or customer-facing role, ideally within the construction industry.
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
