Job Overview
We're looking for an experienced and forward-thinking leader to join us as Health and Safety Manager, to shape a positive, proactive safety culture across our multi-campus college. Reporting to the Director of Estates, as a key member of the College Management Team, you'll provide professional leadership, clear direction, and trusted advice to senior leaders and governors. You'll work collaboratively with curriculum and support teams to make Health and Safety a visible, enabling part of college life, not just a compliance function.
Qualifications
We're seeking someone who brings:
* A NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent) and demonstrable leadership success
* Proven ability to influence, engage and drive positive change
* A pragmatic, solutions-focused approach to Health and Safety management
* Excellent communication and digital skills
